@Shaco: when warned just accept it. You need to find your mistakes too. I'm sure there are some factors that can affect it but noone will give you warnings if you didn't do anything bad.

And especially when you get a bad reputation don't be angry or kind of. It'll just make it even worse, do you think? The more bad posts you made the worse your reputation can be. For now just accept it and change your style to friendly.

I bit understand your feeling because I'm sure if you are tested in DISC test you are a D-type person (dominating, driving). I guess you want to be the best on where you can as always. That's a nice thing but it just need some patience and you need to do it politely, and you're gonna be great (based on DISC assessment assuming you're a D-type person, and i'm pretty sure you are)

maybe he's just unstable maybe he suffers from a lot of pressure in his everyday life causing him to vent his feelings on the internet.
