Still the post/job goal is too high, so until someone do reach it I recommend you give jobs to TOP posters instead (at least until someone makes it to the goal) so people won't be cramming to post to 555 posts, but would just be active to stay in the top (I got a head start  ) | |

Admins can give bonus points to members through Administration Panel.
So that Admins can give points for posting nice things or doing something for the site (like inviting new users, giving nice materials for the site's php, appearance, or contents).
Maybe next time you make a contest for some more site sprites (like the Who's Online pic before) you should give bonus points to the winner .
I guess that would be nice for the site . Though some people do not like to become moderator/admin - you can for example add some sections in the forum: Only members in certain 'Group' can write (or even to see). And to get into higher ranked 'Group's they must attain certain amount of points before requesting to you ^^ .
These sections for example for the Clans section or contains some additional challenges (like stage challenges). Challenges here can for example bring their names into a section like 'Hall of Fame' or 'High Scores' etc.
So for example:
Members needs a minimum points of 30 before requesting to get in to the 'Level 2 Users' Group.
And at minimum 100 points they can request for 'Level 3 Users' Group.
Only Level 2 Users can see LF2 Videos section and Only Level 3 Users can write/post in that section.
Because getting 30 points is not hard so it's not really a problem, we just require them to be a little active before seeing the videos.
That's just an example, but that's what I mean ^^ with the bonus points and so.
Because if you noticed, some posters post many things but many of them are not really useful/exciting/needed.
