one doubt. D O P means dance of pain? If yes how many times can one do it?

yes it means Dance of Pain. You can do DOP but not Endless DOP.

Why the 2 Dragon Punches only?
Also "no endless DOP" is too general make it more specific if you do a DOP combo that could very well be endless how many hits can you put in before you have to stop?

Have you ever seen Dragon Punch Flood? It can finish you even if you have more than 400 hp and the opponent has 10. It causes repeated Dragon Punches which cannot be escaped easily. That is why this rule has been kept.

and Endless DOP is like the Dennis Killer Combo. That is
2 Kicks+Hold+3Kicks+Whirlwind Kick 3 Times+Hold+3Kicks+Whirlwind Kick 3 Times+Hold+3Kicks+Shrafe. It can be escaped but it is very difficult. DOPs like that are not allowed.

also if you do this the precise no of time the opponemt will die.And and that will not be endless.That is Y i asked.

sorry I can't join as I don't go on Hamachi enough (like 1-2 times a month) as I have other things to do in my (sadly) busy life. That's why I play free games only.
About endless DOPs - if you do "2 Kicks+Hold+3Kicks+Whirlwind Kick 3 Times (+Strafe)" and then stop, without doing the second hold or continuing, is that allowed or is any combo that can be continued completely forbidden? (I mean I use this combo myself but I always cut it short like the one above)

Edit: @Master - then can't you just say no using more than 2 dragon punches IN A ROW instead of through the whole game? I mean Davis only have 3 moves...

Yes the 2 Kicks+Hold+3Kicks+Whirlwind Kick 3 Times (+Strafe) can be performed but not continued...

Davis has very powerful combos, that is why only 2 Dragon Punches.

BLAZE IS A CHEATER first FIGHT I WON IT HE PAUSED THE GAME FOR 1 HOUR AND HE WAS LOW HP SO HE STILL THINKING ABOUT WHAT HE GONNA DO SO BAN HIM BECUASE HE IS BIGGEST CHEATER OF ALL AND I DONT LIE HE EVEN DID A ENDLESS DOPS IN FIRST FIGHT WTF and for sure i dont accept something like that i wont allow him to cheat more
this fight isnot end yet blaze second time it dc and i think it was same hp no difference in it
and if i saw you cheat any more i will ban you from lft cause i dont cheat i am fair in play i dont do endless dop combos like you did with davis vs me 3 punch get away punch and your combo hand punch with davis then dragon punch at the end

You are a nice guy, but I also can confirm that blaze is not a cheater, he's a fair player. I can not believe what you say. And also:
If you think that your opponent cheated, then don't always cry "HE IS A CHEATER! I HAD MORE HP! I WON HE LOST!" It's not good for your reputation here. That's not nescessary.
So be cool, and don't alway make such a riot about that.
